Subrectangular graveslab, aligned W–E, measuring 1.55 m long by up to 0.59 m wide. Roughly squared end to the W, narrow and rounded to the E; it has a straight S side, and a convex N Side. The slab slopes at 18° to the N, and has hairline cracks at the W and SE.
In the W half the slab bears the carving in relief of a Roman cross, the stem of which connects to the bow spring of a pair of shears (similar to BGCP_40). The cross is 0.30 m long and 0.20 m wide, with stem, head and arms up to 0.05 m wide. The shears are 0.33 m long and 0.10 m wide.
There is no evidence of inscription or other carving.
