This near-rectangular slab is 1.50 m long (W–E) and up to 0.52 m wide towards the W (1.48 m wide towards the slightly angled E end). I has straight sides and slightly rounded corners. It has a relatively smooth surface, slightly flaked in places and around the edges, with a number of short, straight lines, probably natural or unintentional scars.

The slab bears an inscription 0.33 m from its W end:

The letters, in upper case Roman script, are 0.09 m tall, and spaced 0.24 m apart.
