This irregular and much damaged slab lies within the line of the pathway leading to the eastern entrance to the Old Kirk, and its surface is consequently very worn. It is pointed at the W end where a large part of its surface appears broken off, and there are further breaks at the E. It is 1.75 m long (W–E) and up to 0.48 m wide near the centre. It has a generally smooth surface, though with a large area of rippled surface towards the W end.
There is no carving or inscription.
